A lovely blend of 57% Madeleine Angevine and 43% Madeleine Sylvaner, this sparkler opens with plentiful, creamy bubbles and on the nose carries appealing lemon-lime aromas. In the mouth, the lemon-lime promised in its nose also delivers crisp acidity and appealing minerality, closing with just a hint of orchard fruit.
