Coyote Canyon Winery 2019 Albarino

This popular Spanish varietal is gaining popularity in the Northwest for good reason: bright acids and a stony minerality make it a great pick for seafood and a wide range of dishes from Thai to rich buttery sauces. This one grown in Washington's Horse Heaven Hills offers fruity aromas of peach and honeydew melon with floral notes of orange blossom. On the palate, snappy acids alluding to Meyer lemon and grapefruit grab you and linger until finally fading to reveal a lovely minerality.
