Coyote Canyon Winery 2019 Concrete Fermented Albarino

Coyote Canyon Winery 2019 Concrete Fermented Albarino

Coyote Canyon Winery was the first Washington winery to plant this popular white Spanish varietal in 2006 and this is their second vintage that has featured fermentation in concrete. This vintage is bright and balanced with abundant minerality and a lengthy finish. It presents aromas of nectarine, pear, lemon zest and sweet florals. On the palate, it's mouthwatering with lime, citrus oil and peach pit with prominent mineral notes that linger on a bright, balanced finish.
