This is a rich white wine with exotic floral and spice notes wrapped around bright fruit with a varietally characteristic oily mouth feel. An intriguing nose offers the scent of spice poached pear and honeydew melon mixing with light floral aromas of daffodil and subtle notes of tarragon. Flavors of crisp Asian pear and cardamom spice are upfront, then hitting lemon zest notes mixed with ginger on a bright and spicy finish.
