Forbidden Fruit Winery 2016 Plumiscuous Plum Mistelle
Published: November 10, 2018
A plum nectar wine made from organic European and Asian plums from British Columbia. The nose is reminiscent of red plum marmalade with a light dusting of cinnamon and a hint of incense. On the palate, it shows significant weight, again delivering plum marmalade and strawberry sauce before a finish revealing some nice acidity alluding to tart dried cherries. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
