Hanson Vineyards 2019 Blanc de Noir

Hanson Vineyards 2019 Blanc de Noir

Blanc de Noir is a white wine made from Pinot Noir grapes that are fermented without the skins. This one from Willamette Valley's Hanson Vineyards shows abundant minerality on the nose mixed with aromas of green apple and a twist of lemon. Gripping flavors of lime grab you upfront on the palate with just a touch of orange zest, then linger nicely through the mid-palate before retreating to reveal a hint of oyster shell minerality and a touch of saline on the finish.
