This white blend includes 75 percent Sauvignon Blanc, and 25 percent Semillon. It's bright on the palate and shows finesse in balance, revealing subtle hints of mineral and herbs promising to be food friendly. It's delicate on the nose with floral aromas and notes of hay and herbs with a touch of dill. It's crisp on the palate with flavors of lime, grapefruit and gooseberry, also revealing a minerality reminiscent of wet stones
