This white wine blend from Spokane, Washington's Latah Creek Wine Cellars is a combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris, with Chardonnay making up 65% of the blend. On the nose, it's bright with aromas of lemon mixing with notes of baked yellow apple tart. On the palate, it alludes to white peaches and cream, a splash of pineapple and a finish revealing lime and a lingering salinity. Sip it or pair it with seafood or buttery dishes.
