Liberty Lake Wine Cellars 2017 Heart of the Hill Vineyard Carmenere

This dark and rich style Carmenere with fruit from Red Mountain offers aromas of blackberry jam mixed with prominent spicy notes including Allspice, black peppercorn, jalapeno and green pepper. On the palate, it alludes to black cherry and black plum, with more peppery spice including prominent notes of green pepper before giving way to textured tannins on the finish hinting at cocoa and a dusting of espresso.
