Lindsay Creek Vineyards 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon

Lewiston Idaho's Lindsay Creek Vineyards used Horse Heaven Hills fruit for this Cabernet that presents an enticing nose of spiced black fruit, cedar and dried herbs. Jammy flavors of blackberry coat the palate on the entry while firm tannins carry spicy notes, earthy hints of cocoa and a dusting of espresso with structured acids lingering through a nicely textured finish.
