Schmidt Family Vineyards 2014 Riesling

This beautifully structured off-dry Riesling offers a delightful balance of tart with a few hints of sweetness. On the nose are aromas of tart Granny Smith apple, white peach and lime with hints of orange blossom and petrol. On the palate, it presents bright flavors of lemon-lime and sweetness of honeydew melon with a touch of baking spice. Its citrus profile would make this a good choice with seafood, buttery sauces and its slight sweetness would make it a good pairing with spicy Asian dishes.
