Three of Cups 2017 White Wine Blend

Woodinville, Washington's Three of Cups created this white Bordeaux blend of 79% Sauvignon Blanc and 21% Semillon with grapes from Stillwater Creek Vineyard in the Columbia Valley. The result is a bright and balanced refresher with elegant mineral and herbaceous notes. On the nose, aromas of fresh green herbs mix with notes of crisp pear and citrus zest. On the palate, flavors of lime and grapefruit are up front with melon rind and a prominent mineral component rising on the mid-palate before a finish showing hints of saline on a racy lingering finish. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
