This Viognier from Caldwell, Idaho's Vale Wine Co. presents aromas of sweet flowers, pear, white pepper, tangerine zest and a splash of cream. On the palate, a prominent minerality wraps flavors of lime, melon rind and just a drop of orange with a finish hinting at apricot pit.
