Maritime is a Sparkling Riesling using grapes from Washington's Rattlesnake Hills that present aromas of green apple, orange blossom and lemon zest. It's off-dry on the palate, but displays nice acidity with notes of nectarine, a drop of honey and a lovely creaminess alluding orange-lemon foam.
