Bluebird Hill Cellars 2016 Reserve Chardonnay

This Willamette Valley Chardonnay shows elegance in balance with plenty of acidity wrapped around its barrel notes. On the nose, it presents aromas of sun-warmed yellow apple and pear with buttery pie crust. On the palate, it speaks to lemon, lime and melon rind before revealing a chalk-like minerality and a splash of saline. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
