Convergence Zone Cellars 2015 Storm Front

This red blend of Bordeaux varietals includes 53% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 9% Petit Verdot. On the nose, aromas of dark jammy fruit mix with notes of baking spices, sweet tobacco, cedar, menthol and black peppercorn. On the palate, it offers flavors of black cherry nicely balanced with notes of cocoa leading to a beautifully structured dry finish showing hints of violet and graphite. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
