This sparkling rose of Syrah from Idaho's Lewis-Clark Valley presents a creamy mouthfeel with emerging notes of strawberry, tart cherry and orange peel through a nicely balanced off-dry finish with lingering acidity. On the nose, look for light notes of red berries, watermelon, peach and orange peel.
