On the nose are luscious aromas of dark fruits alluding to black plum and blueberries with notes of mint, bitter dark chocolate and vanilla. On the palate, flavors of blueberry meet earthy notes of violet, cocoa and a minerality reminiscent of graphite on a beautifully balanced dry finish showing spicy acidity. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
