This Southern Oregon white wine blend is 50% Muller Thurgau, 35% Muscat and 15% Riesling. It's off-dry, but prominent citrus acidity make this wine refreshing and a great option for pairing with spicy foods. It presents lovely balanced aromas of bright citrus, stone fruit and sweet orange blossom. On the palate, it's lively, bright and almost effervescent with flavors of Mandarin orange, apricot, tropical fruits and just a drop of honey as it warms in the glass.
