William Grassie Wine Estates 2015 Braedyn

This red blend includes 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 4% each of Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Prominent complex aromas include, most notably, ripe black fruit, eucalyptus, black peppercorn and Allspice. On the palate, black cherry and Boysenberry present a nice balance of lively fruit that meet firm tannins carrying a mid-palate with notes of cocoa, ground espresso and a dry finish revealing a hint of graphite.
