Elsom Cellars 2016 Isabella

This red wine blend from Seattle's Elsom Cellars includes 37.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 37.5% Cabernet Franc and 25% Merlot. It delivers flavors of juicy black cherry that are met by growing notes of dark chocolate and baking spice that linger on the mid-palate before fading to a lightly textured finish with a hint of graphite minerality. It's bold, enticing and complex on the nose with aromas of dark berry jam, cedar, black peppercorn, Allspice, sweet tobacco and a whiff of menthol.
