Ledger David Cellars 2015 Cabernet Franc

This Southern Oregon Cabernet Franc offers a nose with aromas of ripe plum predominant and accompanying notes of black pepper, cedar and sweet tobacco. On the palate, it features flavors of black cherry and cocoa with light notes of red bell pepper, dried herbs and a subtle minerality that carries through on a dry finish with medium-plus acidity. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
