Reustle Prayer Rock Vineyards 2015 Malbec

This Malbec is a great example of the potential of Southern Oregon red wines. On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe blueberries, sweet tobacco and milk chocolate with hints of vanilla and earthy florals. On the palate, flavors of dark berries and Italian plum mix with baking spices upfront and earthy notes of cocoa and clay dust emerge on a finessed finish. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
