This red wine blend from Rogue Valley consists of 37% Merlot, 37% Malbec and 26% Cabernet Franc. On the nose, it presents concentrated aromas of dark berries with notes of cedar, green peppercorn and hints of vanilla and baking spice. On the palate, it delivers a silky and juicy mouthfeel with flavors of black plum that mix with notes of cocoa carried by finely textured tannins leading to a lingering chocolate finish.
