This red Rhone blend includes 50% Grenache and 40% Syrah with small amounts of Mourvedre, Carignan, Counoise and Grenache Blanc. It presents aromas of red vine licorice that mix with notes of spice and dried herbs. On the palate it shows an elegant structure featuring silky bright fruit alluding to tart cherry with hints of baking spice before a lengthy finish that wraps up with a hint of minerality.
