This Willamette Valley Pinot Noir offers a nose alluding to cherry cobbler with notes of cherry jam, brown sugar and baking spices with hints of dried herbs and sweet potting soil. On the palate, the tart flavor of pie cherries mixes with clove spice before revealing a lingering earthiness with notes of violet and dried leaves delivered with beautifully structured acidity. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
