This Columbia Valley Riesling was fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel to retrain crispness and neutral oak to add depth. It succeeds nicely, first presenting aromas of tart stone fruit and green apple with just a hint of fresh basil. On the palate, itâs brightly balanced, delivering flavors of green apple, tart nectarine and a splash of citrus with both the mid-palate and finish showing great length.
