Aurora Cellars 2019 Cascade Cuvee Pinot Noir

This is a bigger style Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, medium ruby in color with aromas of dried cherry, herbes de Provence and clove. On the palate, it delivers flavors of cherry, plum skin and violet met by notes of hibiscus tea and lightly textured earthy hints of dusty earth and cocoa carrying the finish.
