This Willamette Valley whole cluster Sauvignon Blanc presents bold aromas of hay, fresh green herbs, tomato leaf, gooseberry and citrus zest. On the palate, it delivers flavors of green apple and lime that are nicely balanced by a gravelly minerality on the mid-palate before an extended finish showing a hint of saline.
