This Washington State Pinot Noir blends fruit from Bayernmoor's Puget Sound estate with grapes from Celilo Vineyard in the Columbia River Gorge. On the nose, aromas of rich red fruit are mixed with abundant herbal-floral notes and baking spice. On the palate, it delivers a juicy mouthfeel, opening with rich notes of cherry and chocolate that give way to lightly texted earthy notes of cocoa that linger through the finish.
