This British Columbia Sauvignon Blanc presents fruity aromas of pear, peach and melon mingling with the scent of white flowers along with hints of fresh ginger and tarragon. Flavors of green apple, gooseberry and lime are upfront, fading into a bright finish that reveals a touch of saline and a hint of slate minerality. - Reviewed by Gary Hayes
