This Willamette Valley Chardonnay packs a rich texture and creamy aromas from malolactic fermentation while oak aging was limited to 15% new barrels preserving bright acidity on the palate. Allow it to warm in the glass to maximize the rich creamy aromas with notes of lightly toasted brioche, yellow apple, nutmeg and citrus zest. On the palate, itâs bright with flavors of lime and a splash of pineapple that lingers nicely through the mid-palate before delivering a finish showing a gravelly minerality with a hint of saline.
