Blooms Winery on Whidbey 2018 Legacy Trio

This red Bordeaux varietal blend includes 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 25% Petit Verdot from Rattlesnake Hills. Aromas of jammy black fruit mix with notes of cedar, pipe tobacco, caramel and a dash of baking spice. It presents a wonderfully rounded mouthfeel and flavors that balance black cherry and plum with hints of peppery spice and dark chocolate notes that build through an earthy finish.
