Bluebird Hill Cellars 2019 Reserve Chardonnay

This Willamette Valley Chardonnay spent two years on oak, but most of it was neutral barrels with only 5% spending a year on new French oak. It presents prominent creamy aromas on the nose mixing with hints of chalky minerality and yellow apple. On the palate, it delivers flavors of Asian pear and Meyer lemon with a finish showing some lingering notes of baking spice and just a hint honey.
