This Port-style dessert wine is made with traditional Portuguese varietals including Touriga Nacional, Souzao, Tinto Cao, and Tinto Roriz (Tempranillo) from Yakima Valley. Alluringly rich aromas are reminiscent of Hoisin, Chinese 5-spice, black licorice and hints of chocolate and dried red chile. On the palate, dried fruit flavors allude to raisin and fig with a warming dusting of cinnamon and just a dash of orange spice.
