This is a red blend of 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Malbec. It offers expressive and complex aromas alluding to Allspice-dusted blackberry cobbler, cedar, black peppercorn, fragrant dried herbs and bell pepper. Bold flavors of rich black fruit show nice depth and find a nice balance with earth and acidity. It delivers decadent notes of spiced black cherry sauce that are met by earthy hints of cocoa, a dusting of espresso and a graphite minerality that lingers through the finish with a persistent acidity.
