Brian Carter Cellars 2019 Corrida

Corrida is a Spanish Rioja-inspired red blend featuring 66% Tempranillo, 24% Graciano, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Garnacha. It offers flavors of dried cherry with plum skin acidity meet notes of cocoa emerging on the mid-palate that lead to hints of rocky minerality and peppery spice on the finish, mixing nicely with persistent acidity. On the nose, spicy notes alluding to green peppercorn and Allspice wrap around flavors of dried black fruit and hints of smoky cedar and tobacco.
