This Rhone-style red blend includes 53% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 16% Mourvedre, 6% Cinsault and 5% Counoise. On the nose, it presents lovely savory aromas of roasted coffee, cured meat and dried herbs. On the palate, it opens with bright red fruit alluding to plum skin, followed by notes of black tea and a clay pot minerality.
