This red Rhone-style red blend includes 51% Grenache, 23% Syrah, 16% Mourvedre, 6% Cinsault and 4% Counoise. It presents bold aromas of dark berries and baking spice mixing with prominent floral and herbal notes and a hint of cured meat. On that palate, it delivers a nice dose of red fruit alluding to cherry and red plum that lingers with good length through the mid-palate before notes of dark chocolate emerge and carry the finish.
