This white wine blend from Brian Carter Cellars includes 50% Viognier, 40% Roussanne and 10% Riesling. It presents lovely tree fruit aromas of pear, peach and yellow apple with a hint of sweet florals, brioche and beeswax. It shows nice weight on the palate with bright fruit alluding to green apple and Meyer lemon delivering a lingering acidity that slowly fades to reveal a refreshing hint of minerality on the finish.
