Capital Call Vintners 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon from the Oregon side of the Walla Walla Valley is mixed with 10% Syrah. It presents aromas of dried cherry and chocolate that mix with notes of cedar, dried tarragon and spice. On the palate, it delivers a silky mouthfeel of bright black cherry and tart plum that give way to tannins carrying earthy notes of clay dust and graphite for a polished finish.
