Capstone Cellars 2021 Unicus

This Bordeaux style red blend includes 60% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10 % Malbec and 5% Petit Verdot. On the nose, it presents fragrant aromas of green peppercorn, cedar, pipe tobacco and a dash of baking spice wrapped around notes of rich black fruit. On the palate, it delivers a juicy mouthfeel with bright flavors of black cherry and plum skin that linger through the mid-palate before fading to reveal notes of dark chocolate that build through the finish.
