Capstone Cellars 2022 Banere

This Yakima Valley red blend includes 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 12% Malbec and 3% Petit Verdot. On the nose it presents complex floral and herbal aromas that mix with notes of baking spice, pipe tobacco and cedar with hints of bell pepper and jammy black fruit. On the palate, it delivers a rich mouthfeel with flavors of dark berries and black cherry that grow in acidity toward the mid-palate where they are balanced by plush tannins and notes of dark chocolate that linger through the finish.
