Capstone Cellars 2023 Sangiovese

This Yakima Valley Sangiovese presents aromas of pipe tobacco and spiced-floral potpourri that mix with notes of dried cherry. On the palate, it delivers a silky mouthfeel of bright red fruit with fruit alluding to cherry and raspberry with a plum skin acidity driving a lengthy mid-palate and finely textured tannins carrying notes of cocoa that carry an earthy finish.
