Cataclysm 2019 Red Blend

This Columbia Valley red blend is made of 40% Malbec, 30% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% each of Syrah and Petit Verdot. It's fruit forward with flavors of ripe dark berries that deliver a light burst of acidity and show nice length through the mid-palate, then an earthy finish alluding to cocoa powder, bittersweet chocolate and a dash of peppery spice. On the nose, bold aromas of jammy black fruit mix with notes of baking spice, sweet tobacco and hints of vanilla.
