Cathedral Ridge Winery 2018 Syrah

This Columbia Valley Syrah beautifully balances a lively structure with an earthy richness. On the palate, it opens with bright notes of blackberry that are met by firm tannins carrying textured, earthy notes of graphite and cocoa framed by persistent acidity. Aromas are upfront with notes of cedar, black peppercorn and Allspice that wrap around notes of dark berry jam and dark chocolate.
