Cathedral Ridge Winery 2019 Necessity Red

This red wine blend includes 60% Pinot Noir, 27% Zinfandel and 13% Barbera showcasing the diversity of wine varietals grown in the Columbia Gorge wine growing regions in Oregon and Washington. It presents rich aromas of strawberry jam with notes of chocolate, pipe tobacco and a hint of lavender. It delivers a rich, rounded mouthfeel of red fruit with notes of baking spice, cocoa and espresso that mixes with lingering acidity for an earthly, but lively finish.
