Cedergreen Cellars 2021 Cabernet Franc

This Columbia Valley Cabernet Franc offers aromas of ripe black fruit with notes of sweet tobacco, a dash of mint and hints of red chili powder. On the palate, it straddles red and black fruit with rounded flavors of red plum, black cherry and a hint of bell pepper, mixing nicely with earthy notes of cocoa and a gravelly minerality that linger through an extensive finish.
