This British Columbia Sauvignon Blanc presents complex aromas of peach and pear enveloped in notes of fresh green herbs, lemon grass, sweet florals and a hint of ginger. On the palate, it bursts with acidity alluding to grapefruit and gooseberry that linger extensively on the mid-palate before fading to leave hints of saline on the finish.
