This Fraser Valley Siegerrebe shows that beautifully balanced white wines can be crafted with this early ripening hybrid varietal of Madeline Angevine and Gewurztraminer. On the nose it alludes to Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of fresh green herbs and gooseberry though sweet florals and a splash of guava join the party too. On the palate, it delivers a gripping acidity alluding to lemon-lime balanced by just a splash of tangerine with the citrus notes gaining weight on the mid-palate hinting at stone fruit before a clean, minerally finish.
